GU12 5 / GU12 6
Named for the old wharf on the Basingstoke Canal, this is the quieter residential stretch between Ash and Ash Vale. It's mostly postwar housing with some newer infill development. No shops or services of its own, so you rely on Ash village or Ash Vale for everything. The canal is the main asset, good for dog walks and a bit of nature. It's residential through and through, the sort of place where people settle because it's quiet and they already know the area.
