Postcode Wars is an area comparison tool. We collect the minimum needed to run the site.

What we collect. Your IP address (used for rate limiting, not retained). If you sign in, your email address and the areas you save. Anonymous usage events to understand how the site is used.

Third parties we rely on. We use third-party processors for hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and payments (Stripe, only if you make a donation). They see only the data needed to perform their service.

Legal basis. Legitimate interest (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) for site operation, rate limiting, and anonymous analytics. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) if you create an account.

Your rights. You can request access, deletion, or rectification of your data via the contact page. You can also complain to the ICO.
