A 1990s housing estate on the northern side of Ashford, built as part of the town's expansion. Lots of detached and semi-detached family homes with garages and gardens. It has its own primary school and a small local centre. Very much a commuter estate and popular with families who want more space for their money than they could get closer to London. Quiet, suburban, and functional.
