Park Farm North

Part of the large Park Farm development on the south side of Ashford, mostly built from the late 1990s through the 2000s. Detached and semi-detached houses aimed squarely at families. There is a primary school and reasonable access to the A2070. Like much of suburban Ashford, you are driving to do most things, but the houses offer decent space for the price compared to anywhere closer to London.
