Singleton East

Part of the large Singleton development on the south-western side of Ashford, built mainly from the 2000s onwards. A huge number of new-build houses and some apartments. There are local facilities including a primary school, a small retail area, and access to open spaces around the lakes. It is car-dependent and feels like a fairly anonymous new-build suburb, but it works well for families who need the space.
