The eastern side of the town centre running out towards Bedgrove and the Broughton estate. Bedgrove is classic 1960s and 70s suburbia with cul-de-sacs, green verges and decent-sized gardens. The parade of shops on Bedgrove has a Co-op and a few takeaways. It's solidly family territory. Closer to the centre you get some older Victorian and Edwardian terraces. Aylesbury station is accessible from here for the Chiltern line into Marylebone.
