Three of Aylesbury's biggest new-build developments, all from the 2010s onwards. Berryfields has its own station on the Chiltern line which is a real draw for London commuters. The houses are the usual big-builder style but they come with gardens and parking. Watermead is built around a lake and nature reserve, which gives it more character than most new estates. Buckingham Park is still being built out. Schools have followed the housing, so there are new primaries. It feels like a different town from central Aylesbury.
