On the eastern side of the borough bordering Hornchurch in Havering. Rush Green Road has some local shops and there is a community feel. Housing is a mix of 1930s semis and some larger properties. It feels more like Havering than Dagenham in places, particularly as you go further east. Queen's Hospital is here, which is the main A&E for the area. Slightly more suburban and settled than the core Becontree areas.
