Woodside Park

Woodside Park is a leafy residential pocket between Finchley and Whetstone. The Northern line station is the main asset. Streets around the station have substantial Edwardian and 1930s houses, many with good-sized gardens. It's noticeably quieter than nearby North Finchley. Woodside Park itself is a pleasant local green space. There are very few shops, so you rely on North Finchley or Whetstone for daily needs. It's the sort of area where you hear birdsong from the platform, which tells you everything about the pace of life here.
