Falconwood

Falconwood takes its name from the station on the Bexleyheath line. It sits between Eltham and Welling, with Falconwood Field and Oxleas Wood providing excellent green space. The housing is mainly 1930s semis and some post-war builds. Oxleas Wood is ancient woodland and a proper reason to live here if you walk or run. The station is useful and the area benefits from proximity to Eltham's shops. Quiet, green, and suburban.
