Billericay East

The eastern side of Billericay includes the Sunnymede and South Green areas, with a mix of 1960s and 70s housing estates alongside some newer developments. It's more suburban and estate-based than the western side, with wider roads and cul-de-sacs. Lake Meadows park is a well-used family spot with a good playground. You're a walk or short drive from the High Street and station, which matters because there isn't much locally beyond a few convenience shops. Schools are a big draw for families here, particularly the secondary catchments.
