Brondesbury Park is the quieter, leafier part of the Kilburn area. Large Victorian and Edwardian houses line wide streets, many converted into flats but some still single homes. Brondesbury Park station (Overground) gives you good connections to Stratford and the City via the North London line, and Kilburn tube (Jubilee) is walkable. Queens Park is nearby for green space and its popular farmers' market. It feels noticeably calmer than neighbouring Kilburn or Willesden, and attracts families and professionals who want period property without the full NW6 price tag.
