Stonebridge

Stonebridge is one of the most deprived wards in London and has been for a long time. The estate was rebuilt in the late 1990s and 2000s, replacing the old system-built blocks with lower-rise housing. Stonebridge Park station (Bakerloo) connects you to central London. The area is mostly social housing. The Bridge Park community centre is a local hub. It's a place that has had significant investment but still faces real challenges. The community is close-knit and the area is more settled than its reputation suggests.
