Coney Hall

Coney Hall is a small residential area just south of West Wickham, built mainly in the 1930s on what was farmland. It has a parade of shops on Kingsway and a recreation ground. The housing is classic interwar semis and detached houses, many with good-sized gardens. It's very quiet, very suburban, and very family-oriented. Hayes station is the nearest rail link. People who grew up here often come back to raise their own kids.
