Sundridge Park

Sundridge Park takes its name from the golf course and the grand mansion that is now a conference centre. The residential streets are leafy and quiet, with a mix of large Edwardian houses and some 1930s properties. Sundridge Park station has trains into central London. It's a comfortable residential area that sits between Bromley and Chislehurst without quite belonging to either. The Sundridge Park Management Estate has private roads, adding to the exclusive feel in parts.
