Burnham-on-Crouch North

The north side of Burnham is the quieter, more residential end of town, dominated by bungalows and mid-century houses sitting further from the water and the main high street. It's popular with commuters who want easy access to Southminster station without paying premium riverside prices, and with families drawn by the state primary and the sense that everything is within cycling distance. It's a solid, unpretentious part of town.
