Fortune Green is the quieter pocket between West Hampstead and Kilburn. The green itself is a small triangular park that gives the area its name. Housing is mostly large Victorian and Edwardian terraces, many converted into flats. West Hampstead stations (Jubilee, Thameslink, Overground) are all walkable. It feels like an extension of West Hampstead without the same price premium. There are a few shops on Mill Lane and Fortune Green Road. Families and young professionals share the streets comfortably.
