RH10 7
Built in the late 1980s and 90s on the south-eastern edge, Maidenbower is one of Crawley's most popular family neighbourhoods. The houses are bigger and newer than most of the town, with a good mix of detached and semi-detached properties on curving cul-de-sac streets. It has its own local centre with a Co-op, a community centre, and a well-regarded primary school. There is a pond and plenty of green space designed into the layout. It feels more like a private estate than a new-town neighbourhood. People from other parts of Crawley often cite Maidenbower as the area they would move to if they could afford it.
