CR0 0 / CR0 9
New Addington was built as a large council estate in the 1930s onwards, and that origin still defines it. It sits on the edge of the borough, separated from the rest of Croydon by open land. The tram extension finally connected it, which made a real difference. Housing is mostly ex-council semis and terraces. The local centre has the basics but not much else. It's affordable and has a strong sense of community among long-term residents, but it's isolated and doesn't have much going on.
