Cuckfield is the most desirable part of this grouping, with a handsome Victorian and Edwardian village centre, several pubs, and a strong community identity. Bolney is a smaller village nearby, quieter and more agricultural. Ansty is a small residential extension. Cuckfield in particular attracts people who want village character with decent transport links, and prices reflect that desirability.
