Dartford Town Centre

Dartford town centre has Southeastern services to London Bridge in about 35 minutes and Thameslink runs through too. The high street has been pedestrianised and has the usual mix of chains, charity shops, a market, and a few independents. The Orchard Theatre brings some cultural life. It is not a destination high street but it covers daily needs. Central Park is a decent green space right next to the centre. The area has had regeneration money but Bluewater just down the road hoovers up a lot of the retail spend that might otherwise land here.
