Cuddington is the streets between Worcester Park and the Nonsuch Park estate. It's a step up from the surrounding areas, with some larger detached houses and well-maintained gardens along roads like The Avenue and Northey Avenue. Nonsuch Park is right on the doorstep, which is a genuine asset. Worcester Park station is walkable for Waterloo trains. People here tend to stay for years. It's the sort of area where neighbours know each other and the local residents' association is active.
