West Ewell

West Ewell is the stretch along Chessington Road and Ruxley Lane, closer to the A3 and the Hogsmill valley. Housing is a mix of interwar semis and some post-war council-built stock around the Riverview estate. Ewell West station serves the area. It's a bit more mixed than the leafier parts of Ewell and slightly more affordable. The Hogsmill River valley walk is a nice feature that runs down towards Kingston. Practical rather than picturesque.
