Farnham Bourne

The Bourne is the quietly expensive part of Farnham. Large detached houses on tree-lined roads, mostly interwar and postwar builds with big gardens. The Bourne stream runs through and there are good walks along it into the surrounding woodland. It has a small parade of shops at the Middle Bourne Lane end but people mostly drive into Farnham for anything serious. Families with the budget gravitate here because of the space and the feel. It's leafy, settled, and nobody is in a hurry.
