Godalming Binscombe and Charterhouse

Binscombe is a residential area on the east side of Godalming with 1930s semis and some larger Edwardian houses. Charterhouse School dominates the hill above, which sets the tone for this part of town. The streets are leafy and well maintained, and you are walking distance to the town centre. Families like it for the primary schools and the sense of being slightly removed from the busier parts of Godalming while still being close to everything.
