The northern part of Feltham, which has seen significant regeneration around the station and the Centre shopping mall. Feltham station connects to Waterloo in about 40 minutes. Housing is a mix of Victorian terraces near the station and newer developments on the former Feltham Marshalling Yard site. It's affordable by borough standards and the transport links are decent. The area around the station is busy, but side streets are quieter.
