This is one of the most deprived wards in London, sitting in the borough with the highest average property prices. The area has seen significant investment since the Grenfell tragedy. It has a strong community, diverse population, and good transport links from Ladbroke Grove and Latimer Road. It's a world away from the streets around Holland Park, but it's the same borough.
