Leagrave

Leagrave is one of the most popular choices for London commuters because the Thameslink station gives straightforward access to Kings Cross in around 35 minutes. The area is almost entirely residential with a good mix of Victorian terraces, semis and a fair amount of social housing, and the local shopping covers the basics well. It is not glamorous but it is honest and it works, and the commute math is hard to argue with.
