Froxfield, Sheet & Steep

Sheet is the closest of the three to Petersfield, practically a suburb at this point, with a village hall, a primary school, and a pub. Steep is famously where the poet Edward Thomas lived, tucked into a wooded hillside with narrow lanes and scattered houses. Froxfield is smaller still. Sheet is the practical one for families since you can walk into Petersfield. Steep is the pretty one that people fall for but then discover the lanes are murder in winter. All three feel distinctly rural despite being minutes from town.
