Nuthurst & Lower Beeding

Two villages south of Horsham, on the edge of St Leonard's Forest. Lower Beeding has the South Lodge Hotel with its Michelin-starred restaurant, which gives the area a certain profile. Nuthurst has a good pub in the Parrot and a village school. The forest and nearby Leonardslee Gardens provide serious green space. Housing is mainly detached properties in large plots. It's affluent countryside, popular with people who want to be close to Horsham but feel properly rural.
