A large neighbourhood on the eastern side of Stevenage, split between the older Chells and the newer Great Chells (Chells Manor) built in the 1980s. The newer section has bigger houses and wider roads. There is a local shopping parade and plenty of green space between the housing clusters. It is one of the more popular family areas in Stevenage because the houses tend to be larger than the original New Town stock.
