The western fringe of Tring and the lanes heading out toward Drayton Beauchamp and beyond. This is where the town thins out into proper Chilterns countryside. Housing varies from some larger detached houses on the western roads to scattered cottages and farmhouses in the rural part. Tring Park, the Rothschild estate turned public open space, is the big draw here. It is car-dependent once you are outside the built-up area but you are surrounded by good walking country. The station is actually closer to this end of town, down at the bottom of Station Road.
