West Hill (South)

The upper end of West Hill, where it meets Putney Heath and the edge of Wimbledon Common. This is properly leafy, with large detached and semi-detached houses set back from the road. It feels more like Wimbledon or Putney Heath than Wandsworth. Access to the common is the main draw. You need to bus or drive to the nearest station, which is a trade-off, but the houses and the green space compensate.
