Wimbledon Park (Wandsworth Side)

The Wandsworth side of Wimbledon Park, covering the streets between the park and Southfields. Wimbledon Park itself, with its lake and athletics track, is excellent. The housing is a mix of Edwardian and inter-war family homes, many of them on generous plots. Wimbledon Park tube on the District line is the main station. It is residential, quiet, and firmly family territory. The All England Club's expansion has brought some disruption and debate locally.
