The northern part of Addlestone runs up towards the Bourne and Row Town. Housing is a mix of interwar semis and some newer estates. It's close to the retail park area and the stretch along the A318. Not particularly pretty, but practical. Addlestone station is accessible, giving direct trains to Waterloo in about 40 minutes. Families move here because it's affordable for Surrey and the schools are reasonable without being exceptional.
