Chertsey St Ann's

St Ann's is the area around St Ann's Hill, a wooded park that is genuinely one of the nicest green spaces in the borough. The hill itself has walking trails through old woodland and views out over the Thames valley. Housing around here tends to be a notch above the town centre, with some larger detached and semi-detached houses on the roads climbing up towards the hill. It feels more settled and suburban than central Chertsey, and families who want green space on their doorstep without Weybridge prices tend to look here.
