Singleton West

The western section of the Singleton development, very similar in character to the east. More new-build housing stretching toward the M20. Some of the later phases have slightly better design and more green spaces worked into the layout. Same trade-off as most of Ashford's expansion areas: you get a modern house with a garden, but the sense of community and local identity takes time to develop.
