Bisley is known for the National Shooting Centre and not much else, honestly. It's a proper small village with a pub, a village hall, and a green. West End, just to the south, is slightly larger with a small parade of shops. Both are surrounded by common land and MOD ranges, which keeps things quiet but also means large patches of land you can't walk on. Housing is mostly post-war detached and semi-detached, with some newer builds scattered around. It's one of the more affordable corners of Surrey Heath, which draws families who want the Surrey village life without the Surrey village price tag.
