Valence

Named after Valence House, a medieval manor house that now operates as the borough's local history museum. The surrounding area is typical Becontree estate. Becontree station is close. The museum and its grounds are a nice local feature but the rest of the area is indistinguishable from the wider estate. Valence Park provides some green space.
