Grahame Park is one of London's large council estates, built in the 1960s and 70s on the old Hendon Aerodrome site. It's been undergoing major regeneration for years, with new blocks replacing the older ones in phases. The estate has a mixed reputation, but the newer parts are a significant improvement. Colindale tube is the nearest station. The RAF Museum next door is a surprising neighbour. It's a community with strong local ties, and the regeneration is slowly changing its character.
