Billericay West

The western side is where the High Street and station are, making it the more desirable half of town. Streets off the High Street have a mix of older Victorian and Edwardian cottages alongside 1930s semis, with prices to match the convenience. The High Street itself is genuinely good, with independent shops, cafes, and a few wine bars that give it a personality most Essex towns lack. Billericay station is right here for the Liverpool Street commute. Queens Park recreation ground provides green space. This is the bit of Billericay that people picture when they think of the town.
