Bishop's Stortford Parsonage

A large residential estate on the eastern side of town, developed mainly from the 1980s onwards. Parsonage Lane is the main road through. It's classic modern suburban development: detached and semi-detached houses, cul-de-sacs, and a local shopping parade for the essentials. The Parsonage estate is popular with families because the houses tend to have decent gardens and there's less traffic than closer to the centre. It feels self-contained but is still a short drive or cycle into town.
