Kenton

Kenton is quintessential suburban north-west London, with a large South Asian community that gives it a distinct flavour. Kenton Road has a solid row of Indian and Sri Lankan restaurants, grocers, and jewellers. Housing is almost entirely 1930s semis, many extended or converted. Kenton station (Bakerloo and Overground) gives you a direct route south. The streets are quiet and well-kept. It's the sort of area where families put down roots and stay. Not exciting, but practical and comfortable.
