Clock House is a residential area between Beckenham and Penge, named after the railway station. It's one of those in-between places that borrows its identity from its neighbours. Housing is mostly Victorian and Edwardian terraces. Clock House station has Southern services into London Bridge. It's quieter and cheaper than Beckenham proper, and families on a tighter budget end up here for the schools and the garden squares.
