BR3 3
Kelsey Park is named after the park itself, which is genuinely beautiful with its lake and mature trees. The residential streets around it are mainly 1930s houses and some larger Edwardian properties. It's essentially the green lung between Beckenham and Eden Park. There are no shops to speak of locally. It's a residential pocket valued almost entirely for the park access and the quiet streets.
