St Mary Cray is one of the more affordable parts of Bromley. The high street along the main road has seen better days, with a number of empty units. There's a significant amount of social housing, including some tower blocks. The River Cray runs through and there are some pleasant walks along it. St Mary Cray station has trains to Victoria. It's an area that gets overlooked in favour of its neighbours, but the housing is affordable, the green spaces are underrated, and the community is tight-knit.
