Watchetts

Watchetts is a residential area between the town centre and Heatherside to the south. Mostly 1960s and 70s housing, a mix of semis and detached houses. Watchetts Recreation Ground provides a decent green space. There's a small local shopping parade. It's unremarkable but perfectly functional, the sort of area where you get a bit more house for your money than the roads closer to the centre without being too far from anything.
