Grange Hill

Grange Hill is the more suburban, more affordable end of the Chigwell parish. Mostly 1930s semis and some council-built stock, it feels closer to Woodford and Hainault than to Chigwell village. Grange Hill station is on the Central line, which is the main selling point. There is a small parade of shops but daily life means driving to Sainsbury's at Roding Valley or heading into South Woodford. It is perfectly fine without being remarkable, and the proximity to Hainault Forest Country Park is a genuine plus for dog walkers and families.
