Cippenham Village

The original village core around St Andrew's Church, which predates the postwar expansion by centuries. There's a handful of older cottages and period properties mixed in with later 20th century housing. It retains a slightly different feel from the surrounding estates, but only just. The Bath Road (A4) runs close by, carrying heavy traffic. It's a nod to the fact that Cippenham existed before Slough swallowed it up.
