RH11 6 / RH11 8 / RH11 9
One of the later Crawley neighbourhoods, built in the 1970s and 80s on the south-western edge. The housing is mostly low-rise terraces and semis with that distinctly 70s brown-brick look. Bewbush has its own local centre with a small parade of shops and a leisure centre. It sits next to Buchan Country Park, which is a genuine asset for families and dog walkers. It has always been one of the more affordable parts of Crawley and the housing stock reflects that.
